Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Atlas. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Atlas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Atlas is operated by Roplanta Websales SRL ("we", "us", "our"), a Romanian company (CUI RO41824174).

2. Service Description

Atlas is a Software-as-a-Service platform for Meta Ads management. It provides:

• Performance dashboards for connected Meta Ad Accounts
• Automated optimization recommendations (KILL, SCALE, REFRESH, DUPLICATE, etc.)
• Multi-brand workspace management for agencies
• Server-side Conversions API integration
• Audience syncing and Custom Audience management
• Creative pipeline tools and asset organization

3. Account Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have legal authority to bind the entity you represent. By creating an account, you confirm:

• The Meta accounts you connect to Atlas belong to you or your authorized clients
• You have permission to grant Atlas the requested access scopes
• You will comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Policies

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of your Atlas login credentials and 2FA codes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Use Atlas only for lawful Meta Ads operations
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass platform security
• Not use Atlas to violate Meta's policies or any applicable law

5. Connected Meta Accounts

When you connect a Meta account to Atlas via Facebook Login for Business:

• Atlas operates on your behalf using OAuth tokens you authorize
• All actions are logged and visible in Atlas activity history
• You may revoke access at any time via Atlas → Connections or Meta → Business Integrations
• Atlas executes only operations you initiate through the dashboard or automated rules you enable

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Atlas is offered on monthly or annual subscription plans
• Prices are listed in your Atlas account and are inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Payments are processed via secure third-party processors (Stripe)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under Romanian consumer protection law

7. Intellectual Property

• Atlas software, branding, and content remain our exclusive property
• You retain ownership of all data you upload (ad copy, images, audience lists)
• By using Atlas, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

• Meta API outages or rate limiting
• Third-party infrastructure failures (hosting, DNS, payment processors)
• Force majeure events

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law:

• Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost ad spend or revenue)

10. Disclaimer for Ad Performance

Atlas provides tools and recommendations to manage Meta Ads. We do not guarantee:

• Specific advertising performance (ROAS, conversions, reach)
• Approval of ads or accounts by Meta
• That automated rules will produce desired outcomes

You retain full responsibility for ad strategy, creative content, and budget decisions.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Atlas settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or Meta's policies
• Engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• Fail to pay subscription fees after grace period

Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days for reactivation, then permanently deleted (except billing records required by law).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and Atlas dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Sibiu, Romania, unless EU consumer protection rules grant you alternate venue rights.
